Hello all...

How you guys doing... been a long while since I started a topic.

Zandy and I been on our 4 week honey moon

and starting to look at getting started on the good ole AOS..

for those that have filed

If I recall.. the cost is about $1050?

for those who have filed.. does the $1050 have to go off all at the same time? how long does it take our Government once we mail it to them for them to deposit the check (if anyone knows?)

I am planning on sending here soon.

if anyone can give me a heads up.. I would be grateful

best regards to all

It's $1010. that includes the biometric fee. yes, the total fee has to be sent with the I-485. included in fee is the I-765 (EAD) and

I-131 ( Advance Parole)

and must be submitted all at the same time

actually, I believe you can submit the I-765 and I-131 after the I-485 without additional fee, but you must include a copy of your I-485 Receipt notice.

still, makes more sense to include with the I-485 submission.

The OP was asking about fees.........

For someone over the age of 14 the I-485 calls for $930 + biometrics of $80 for $1,010.

For someone who is under the age of 14 filed concurrently with the parent is $600

For someone under the age of 14 file separately from the parent $930.

sorry if any misunderstanding. I meant if the I-765 or I-131 was submitted after the I-485, there would not be additional fee for them.

It takes USCIS between 1 week and 1 month on average to cash the check. It's one of the fastest stages of the whole process <_<
