Did anyone file from Oregon recently??

Hi All,

The I-751 I have lists Nebraska as the service center for Oregon but yet in this article

It says

Petitioners who live in the following states or territories should file their Form I-751 with the California Service Center (CSC): Alaska, American Samoa, Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. The mailing address for CSC is:

USCIS

California Service Center

P.O. Box10751

Laguna Niguel, California 92607-0751

Any idea what is actually correct??

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I want to make absolute sure we get this right the first time.

When I filed the I-130 last year I sent it to the Nebraska office just like the instructions said and it was transfered to CSC. I had my NOA-1 in 8 days and I mailed this from India.

All I-751s are being processed in either CSC or VSC now. So I would just send it direct to CSC. For example, I was supposed to file to TSC because I live in Texas but following the USCIS memo, sent directly to VSC.

Good news for you is that CSC is very fast compared to VSC

An update for you, I filed in Nebraska and had it tracked via USPS and it arrived in Nebraska and was forwarded onto California so sending it straight there seems to make sense.

I'll let you know what happens with our application, we've not received our first NOA yet but hopefully soon!!
