Question 11 on the I-129F ask for information on previous filings. When they ask for the place and date of filing. Are they asking were I sent the first I-129F and the date I sent it?

FILING DATE is the date you sent the first I-129F so yes you were right.

About question 11: If this is the first time you have filed a 129F, check the box NO. If you have filed for another woman, or if you have filed for your current woman before and maybe were denied, then check YES, and put the date.

What would happen if you answered no but the answer was yes?

I suppose they could deny for misrepresentation, they could deny if you qualify for the IMBRA limitation or they could send an RFE....
