Congratulations on case being complete !!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope you get a quick interview date!!!! They usually schedule interviews the second week of the month at least ours was done that way. I would suggest check out other vjr's timelines from the philippines.

I was actually wondering this same thing.

Does anyone know about how long after the case is completed that NVC mails the documents to the embassy? The interview is scheduled by the embassy right?

From what I have been reading and hearing from NVC it takes 2-4 weeks for the embassy to receive it. Most of the time NVC is the one that makes the appointment. Hope that helps.

For Appointment NVC Processing cases, the NVC schedules the appointment with the embassy during the first two weeks of each month. The date of the interview depends on when the embassy can accommodate you for an interview. For all other standard cases (not Appointment NVC Processing), the NVC sends the case to the embassy and then the embassy makes the appointment.

Now days the majority of embassies are Appointment NVC Processing. If you had to send all kinds of civil documets along with the DS-230, then the NVC will make the appointment for you with the embassy two weeks after you hear "case complete". If not, the embassy will make the appointment.

Welcome to the "waiting for an interview date" club! I'm still waiting for mine also. I've seen someone here who got their case completed on 6/19 and is still without an interview. I heard that August is already fully booked as of now as far as Manila goes so if we're lucky we should get an early or mid September interview date.

To check on an interview date, call the State Department (202-663-1225). Press the option to speak with a representative. Be sure to have your case number handy.

thank you guyz. i guess i have to wait 2 weeks. so once they forwarded my case to usem it means they already assign my husband an interview date? or once they get the case thats the time for them to schedule for interview once again thank you guyx

I'm not sure so I may be wrong, but I think this number is for K3 and K1 visas and not cr1 or ir1 visas. Can someone clarify this?

honeyleen, i believe the medical is included with the interview schedule. send by mail if not they will notify you by mail. for both medical and interview schedule... please correct me guyz if im wrong thank you and goodluck to u

if you are on cr1/ir1 route yes sir. the USEM will schedule the interview once its been schedule. NVC will be forwarded the case to USEM goodluck please update me if your wife get her interview schedule. goodluck
