Maiden name on appointment letter

Hi. My husband has received my CR1 packet but the letter showed my maiden name We've checked out photocopied papers (I-130 and I-129F for K3) and they were in my married name unless it asked specifically for maiden names.

All our NOA1's and NOA2's were in my married name. The G-325 photocopies we sent to NVC were in my married name.. NBI(police clearance), DS-230, MC(they shld be aware of this document), photocopy of my passport identification page with the amended page (to read the passport in my married name). I know the embassy are busy to change it since NVC was the one who sent the packet to them. Can I just tell the consul at the time of my interview to put the visa under my married name?

If your passport is in your married name, your visa will be scheduled in your married name, I think.

I would ask the embassy about it to make sure
