morning everyone , its been a while hope you all doin good , and congrats to everyone who I know and made it trough the process, and good luck to everyone i dont know whos going trough the process ,

anyhow Ok i like to confirm something , i renwed my passport got all the new info

( my married name and new adress )in the new one ,

since i used my old passport to aply for the whole k1 and AOS ( got my 2 year cond GC )

do I have to contact USCIS and give them my new passport number ?

i think no but like to confirm it , if someone knows the answer i apreciate it ty

 

129f for K1 visa filed in march 07 check my timeline for full info

03 March 2008 , received welcome letter and 2 year GC yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh

22 NOV 2009 to lift condition GC expires 22 Feb 2010

24 Nov 09 send in I 751 ( ROC , in VT )

25 Nov 09 Your item was delivered at 12:10 PM in SAINT ALBANS, VT 05479 to INS .

30 Nov 09 Check Cashed

21 Dec 09 biometric

On March 9, 2010, we ordered production of your new card.

12 March 2010 received approval letter in mail

16 March 2010 10 year Green Card received in mail exp date March 09 / 2020

April 14/2017 send N400 

04/25/17 credit card charged 

04/25/17 e mail NOA send 

05/01/17 hard copy of NOA dated 04/25 received in mail

No. They track your file through your A number. If you leave the US and return you need to show your Green card and that is how they verify your information. Your passport is basically your international travel identification and proof of citizenship in your home country. USCIS has other means of keeping track of you now (VBG)!
