Hi Guys,

Im on a K1 visa.. But this is a question that i have been meaning to ask because of my Uncle. The issue is He was petitioned by his father thu F1 visa and now it was apporved after 15 years..But now he is married to my aunt and has 2 kids. The foreign affairs told us that we need to contact the NVC and have them change the status.. OUr question is do they have a form to be written as the change of status? or after the I-130 what do we send the NVC? is it the DS-230? or do we pay them the $400 or actually we dont know where to start.

Thank you somcuh and we appreciate any help that can be extended.

We are really confused..
