First maybe you should change your sleeping habits. You should be sleeping around 9-10 pm and be up at 5am. You may try group aerobics, pilates (it is fun) or bikram yoga at around 6-7am. Eat breakfast, that is a must.

I tried cutting down on rice. Believe me, I used to eat 2-3 cups of rice per meal. Now I was down to half a cup on lunch, sometimes I do eat rice for breakfast but more often I'm having 2 slices of wheat bread, a yougurt and a fruit. I try to skip rice at night. Whenever I feel hunger pangs, I eat banana or fruit yogurt (Nesvita ProWeight managament).

I do aerobics in the morning.

I weighed 57 kilos before now Im down to 52 :).

My pants size? 29 to 25. Goodluck!

I am on the same dilemma gurl... Like you, I do not have regular sleeping time. I could not say it is normal to sleep at 5am then wake up between 9-10am. After that sleep for an hour again.. :bonk: I have this trampoline, step twister and tummy trimmer but I cannot use it now.. :crying: I feel like I am going to collapse anytime (lack of sleep I suppose). I am drinking fitrum and fit N right. Not sure if it would help though. I am trying to control my rice craving.. Only one cup a day.. I'd rather start aerobics again before my husband arrives. Now I am between 118 to 120 lbs.. :P

I promise to love you in good times and in bad, with all I have to give and all that I am, in the only way I know how -- completely and forever......

mrsartis,

You could try General Motors weight loss program.... Just google searh for it. I found it effective.

Eat a lot of fiber and less carbohydrate. Just small portion of food through out the day (~every 2 hours). Combine with exercise.

Hope this help.

The best diet that I have tried is definetly SCARDALE. It's easy to follow, unexpensive and of course healthy!!!!

Exercise is the best for tonificate your body of course (to look awsome for your hubby in your honeymoon!) but it's hard to be constant if you do it by yourself!

Weight loss is pretty simple. It's all mathematical. You take in X amount of calories and burn off X amount of calories. If you want to lose weight in a healthy way, you should be consuming a total of 1000-1200 calories a day. On top of that exercise. Do about 30-45 minutes of aerobic exercise, walking, jogging, swimming, anything, for 5-6 times a week.

What I do is I only eat healthy and exercise 6 days a week, the 7th day is my day off and I eat whatever I want, as much as I want and don't work out. It works. There are no miracle cure, just old school mathematics.
