Not sure wish I could help. I live in Portsmouth NH ablout 3 minutes from the center on the old Pease Airforce base here. But I think even though it is close it will not even help me in this process. Good luck

I just talked to a rep at NVC and she asked me if my husband received an auto-response after he emailed them and I asked my husband and he did not. I told him to forward the email to me and then I forwarded to NVC and received an auto-response a minute later. If you did not receive an auto-response then they have not received it at least that what she told me.

Yes that's true when you e-mail your DS-3032 you should get auto response from NVC after you e-mail it,...and I think when you get auto response from them that means that they receive your DS-3032 by e-mail,..and then wait for couple days and have call NVC to check for your e-mail for DS-3032 did they receive it,...

GOOD LUCK AND FAST APPROVAL ON YOURS CASES,.....

I still have not received any acceptance from NVC. This is really irritating me. I am getting all the other documents ready and have my husband mail it to me before hand and when the time comes, I will mail it out. I am tired of waiting for this.

I think now-a-days, email response takes longer time. It used to take 7 to 10 days during the month of Apri, May and June 2008.

If email response takes more than 2 weeks now-a-days, it is always advised to EXPRESS MAIL DS-3032 to NVC. But note that, you need barcode on it (made using James Shortcut) and write NVC Case# too on the upper right hand corner.

You can't fax because I asked the rep the same question and she said that a fax of the paper is a copy and because of that the signature is also a copy. She said I can fax it to my husband but he has to print it out and sign it and mail it to them.

ok, about the barcode.. according to James' Shortcut:

" * The DS-3032 mailed out has the NVC case number barcoded on the top.

* Use a black marker and write the NVC case number in the horizontal box that says "Place Case Barcode Strip Here Before Mailing to the National Visa Center.". Make sure to include the 3 letters in addition to the 10 numbers. Please write it clearly so the NVC case number can be easily read.

* Generate barcode by following these DS-3032 barcode instructions then print your own barcode. Use paste (not tape) to glue your barcode on the page. Tape will interfere with barcode reader. "

so i first write out the NVC case number THEN place the generated barcode on top of the case number? i don't get it... :help: but i do know how to generate the barcode. i just don't know where the heck to put it.. on top of the number or off to the side..
