Hi - What address did you use on your I-864? I thought that was the one with the strict residency requirement. So it's good news that you cleared the first hurdle of NVC, but the I-864 is re-evaluated again at the interview (well, OK, this is based on the consulate that I am going through, so that may not be true for you...). Maybe someone from the Philippines can weigh in on whether this seems to be a big concern with the consular officers there.

Here's what I know: I moved to Bulgaria during my visa application process and before I did, I posted to this board about what I should be concerned about, and the best information I got was that I needed a solid US residency, with my driver's license, bank account etc. all reflecting that address.

Maybe it won't be an issue at the interview, but to be safe it would be best to have evidence of your "permanent" address in the US. Where are you returning to in October? Are you having mail sent there - if so, maybe whoever is there can scan some envelopes and e-mail to you... Do you have a driver's license/voter registration/bank account/ etc with a US address? I made copies of all that kind of stuff. And on the DS-230, question 10 asks where your spouse intends to live after the visa is approved, so what did you use for that - could that be considered your residence?

Good luck to you!
