Should I start worrying?

I sent my petition on January 24, 2008. Other than NOA1, I haven't heard a peep from USCIS. I have been tracking my case online, and there hasn't been any activity since February 20. It seems like most of the other CR-1/IR-1 filers at CSC have already received their NOA2s. I am strongly considering contacting my representative now, my wife and I are coming up on 6 months of waiting.

Should I wait until USCIS posts the new dates before doing any inquiries? I know they won't listen to you until you are at least 30 days out, but if they move the date forward as they have in the last couple of month, I may be outside the processing dates. Should I just try to be patient and hold out for a bit longer?

Looking at the historical data on VJ for January filers at CSC makes me really anxious. Sometimes I think they misplaced my case, sometimes I think I'm just unlucky and need to wait, but now matter what excuses I make...I can't help start to feel the desperation sink in. :(

You need to start complaining, and getting congressman and senators involved. That's just too long.
