Track K3 after NOA2

Hi,

Could anyone describe how to track K3 petition after receiving NOA2?

How do you know your petition has reached to NVC? (any emails or anything)

How do you know that your petition has been transferred to foreign consulate?

Hi there & congratulations on your NOA2!!

The NVC does not do any email notifications, so you won't get one of those. I had asked a similar question about calling on another thread:

You can call the NVC with your receipt number to get updates.

Would you get some correspondance in mail from NVC once they send the petition to foreign consulate?

YES, a week after i recieved my NOA2 for K3 application. All i did was emaling NVC they respond right away first they said its not in their system yet..then few days after i emailed them again they responded that its was recieved and that they assigned a new manila case number and forwaeded it to the Manila,US Embassy.

note: make sure to put your case number on the subject area.
