STUPID LADY FROM THE USEM CALL CENTER

this lady my fiance talked to, to get an interview schedule for me..told him to call in 2 wks cus their sytem is down and that we are not eligible??!!! #######!!!!??!!! is she talking about knowing that i already got the confirmation letter stating that we are eligible and thats the very reason why my fiance called minutes ago!

anybody here got the same experience?? what did you do?

i just called the call center this morning hoping i can have my interview sched and this guy instructed me to download and fill out the K3 packet in the USEM website and send it to them and the only time that they can sched is me when they already got the K3 packet from me. that thing confused me caz i haven't heard a thing like that so i called the USEM and i was able to spoke with Grace. she told me that i don't need to mail anything. all i need to do is to wait till friday or monday caz our case is not yet in their database. if my name is already in their database then that is the only time that i can sched my interview.

i really think that those call center agents needs to be trained again.

if you called the call center number, you did not talk to a USEM employee... you actually talked to one of TELETECH's call center agent assigned to handle USEM accounts.

we didn't experience the same glitch you had, perhaps we were lucky to have a smooth flow that time, we didn't even wait for the USEM letter to arrive which I received a week or 2 after we scheduled the interview... but the first batch of applicants who had to go through this "calling to get interview appointment sched" (those who received NOA2 end of Feb to first weeks of March did suffer a few glitches..... hmmm, maybe the agent was not able to confirm your case coz their system is down... AGAIN just a few months of running smoothly and it is probably needing CPR already.

hope next time you call, you would be lucky to get the interview date.. maybe this afternoon or maybe tomorrow.

We didnt have the same problem, but yes, I have heard of arrogant call center agents. Maybe you can place a call again tomorrow. Best wishes on the nest call.

This should not be tolerated. There should be a way to report this attitude to the call center's management. They were paid for the job and they should render us what we are due. If Teletech is the one which serves USEM to receive calls, you can send email of complaint. Pag pinabayaan lang 'to, the rudeness continues.

I suggest for those who will call for interview schedule, ask nyo muna ano pangalan ng call center agent para in case kung rude, you can specifically mention the agent's name on your email of complaint.

hello friends...im calmed now..whhoo! from the time my fiance told me that, i demanded him to call back immediately and talked to them with authority and so he did and presto! after that 10min call from that hecka teletech agent, my fiance called back and got my interview sked which is on Aug 28.

at teletech pala ang may handle sa usem ha! irereport ko nga at malamang trainee o tamad ang nakausap ni fiance.

i remember b4, i was just reading posts of people talking about how pissed they were along the process of their application..and now i can say.."i know how they feel"

but i called USEM a wyl ago to confirm the fax i sent them..shes nice though, at first she asked me where did i get the idea of faxing them cus they dont advice it unless they request for it. but yeah, she verified everything i need to know.. i talked to her nicely cus she deserves it. very fluent and polite..

btw, how long does delbros sent that 2nd txt of confirmation?? i just got the 1st one..

im not sure. but if u want, u can call delbros early tom to confirm if they got ur payment. i think you have the right to demand, important yun noh hehe.
