Copy of medical exam?

I am wondering if any of you have had this experience, because I am confused.

For the Embassy in Buenos Aires, they send you the Packet 3. Then you have to go through the checklist and send them copies of everything they ask for. For the Medical, it just says to make arangements for the exam.

My wife got an e-mail from the embassy today. They are saying they need a photocopy of the contents of the medical package before they can set the appointment.

The problem is, you are not supposed to open the envelope. How do you send them a photocopy when you are not supposed to open the envelope?

Just wondering if anyone else has ran into this?

Hi Steve,

I photocopied the front and back of the envelope, and added a little note that said "medical exam completed by XX on (date)". Then bring the sealed envelope to the interview. Good Luck!

Thanks for your response. And after I read it, I went back to the e-mail from the embassy and it did say a photocopy of the closed envelope from the medical exam. After my wife called me in a panic asking what she should do, I did not read the e-mail closely.
