Hi,

my question is...

I have 3 yrs of ITR (2005, 2006, 2007) sent to my fiance.

My 2006 ITR though didn't meet the requirements for two, I only had $16000.

But my recent, 2007 ITR did meet the reuirement for two, I had $18000.

Do you see any problem with that?

Does my ITR need to be notarized?

Also...

What is a company letter? We don't have a company letter at work.

Can't it be just an ordinary paper and I type it and just have him sign it.

My letter would be like this:

To whom it may concern:

________ has been employed full-time with State Farm Insurance Company since 2000 as a data entry, and is an employee in good standing with an annual salary of $18,000.

sign My Boss Name

Will that do as my company letter? And is that need to be notarized?

I just want to clarify.

Is the I-134 Avvidavit of Support is the only one need to be notarized?

Thank you, Your Help Is Much Very Appreciated!

The employment letter should be on the company "letterhead". It should have the company name and logo printed on it and it must be original.

As for the ITR, they dont have to be notarized. Regarding the salaries, I dont know.

Your ITR will be fine as long as you meet the requirements with your 2007 ITR. No need to notarized it. Only the Affidavit of support need to be notarized. If you are working, you can get employee certificates that shows you are working with them.

Good luck with your visa journey.
