I'm in the u.k. My parents are american citizens and have been for a long time. They filled back in October 2003 to Nebraska. Then it was moved to Califirnia and they adjusted our receipt time to november 2004. I'm over 21 married with two children. I know that this takes a low position on priority but even so it is moving so slowly.

According to the Visa Bulletin they're currently processing cases with a date of 05/22/00 for married sons and daughters of US citizens. So you might have to wait another 4 more years.
