So I got the approval yesterday by email, hard copy is on the way. When I checked my USCIS account online today, it was updated again! Does this mean it was sent to NVC? Or is there no real reason?

The touch you saw online could mean anything. The best way to know if the NVC has received your approved petition is by calling them a week after the approval to see if they received it. You have to talk to a live rep since you are seeking a K1 visa.

There's often a touch after approval. It could be they sent it off to NVC... or at least the mailroom. ;)

You can call NVC 603-334-0700, 1, 5 to talk to someone and they can tell you when they receive it. You can then track your package as it heads to the Embassy.

I think I mentioned this in your other post but be sure to check out Candle For Love if you haven't already. ;)

Thanks! I'll give 'em a call next week then. And I'm already a member at CFL. Very helpful place indeed!
