Fathima is fine, we are going to Niagara Falls next weekend :star: We already have been in IMAX theater and Aquarium in Norwalk, CT. Already joined in the fitness club couple of days back and going there between 7:00PM and 8:00PM. She started driving my car using her IDP. She got verizon cell phone (family plan) too...

She started looking for job - completed her IT (Oracle and Linux) training after her graduation in MBA Finance & Marketing. I'll convey your regards...

WOW loto yal wil have fun at niagara halls.. make sure to take the boat ride.. at niagara falls its nice.. and its COLD! ur wife will be frezzing by the water, tell her to keep a sweater.. and i hope she gets a job soon.. it wil keep her busy..

Yes Hyd, this is the season at Niagara falls, that's why we are doing it quickly. I have been there at least 4 times, but still it is worth to see again. We'll be in New York city (Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, Ground Zero, then drive around - China Town, Little Italy, U.N etc.) during this weekend.

Guys, can you please suggest any other interesting places in NY city with the links and info ?

You guys are definitely right! I spent a lot of yesterday cleaning - the dreaded bathroom! ...

The bedroom is still a work in progress lol ... I took a day off today lol

The house, overall, is quite clean thanks to mom and dad always being on top of it - and my limited assistance :)

HYD - 2 more days before you take off!!! Neetu has two full days left in India (the third will be her flight at 10:50pm) ... !!!!!!!

You guys are definitely right! I spent a lot of yesterday cleaning - the dreaded bathroom! ...

The bedroom is still a work in progress lol ... I took a day off today lol

The house, overall, is quite clean thanks to mom and dad always being on top of it - and my limited assistance :)

HYD - 2 more days before you take off!!! Neetu has two full days left in India (the third will be her flight at 10:50pm) ... !!!!!!!

yay rajee so ur almost done!! the bathrooms are the worst part of it..

i know 2 more days to take off inshallah i m so excitedddddd.... less than a week for the interview

I am so much excited for your trip which is in less than 2 days from now.... Once you will be in the plane.. the time will go so much faster and you will never know.. Have a safe and blessed journey... Great.. (F).. keep us update from India regarding the interview process..

i havent been able to post much on VJ b/c im tryin to catch up witll all my work at office, before i leave and take off for 2 weeks haha

i know oncei get on the plane the time wil go much faster

im so excited to see my husband i have not seen him since january :(

we both r excited

after interview we plan to relax and enjoy every moment in hyd together..

WOOHOO!!!

Another day down ... just a couple more to go before Neetu is HERE!

HYD - you'll be on a plane before you know it ... just one full day left stateside before your flight! WOW!!! Best of lucky to your hubby and I'm sure the visa will go through with no problem :)

5/24/10 : I-751 Packet sent to VSC

5/26/10 : Delivered to SAINT ALBANS VT 05479 @ 11:46am

5/27/10 : NOA1 Date (based on scanned check image)

5/28/10 : Funds withdrawn from bank account

6/04/10 : NOA1 (I-797) received, confirming above NOA1 receipt date.

7/31/10 : Biometrics letter received - Appointment date of 8/11/10!

8/11/10 : Biometrics done!

8/29/10 : GC received (sometime last week lol)! (WOW!)

Previous timeline of our Busy 2008!!

1/06 : Married my JAAN :)

1/15 : I-130 and I-129F sent to Chicago Lockbox

1/17 : Both petitions received @ Chicago

2/27 : Check cashed & I-130 petition visible on system.

2/29 : Received NOA1's! Notice Date - 2/22/08

5/01 : I-130 APPROVED!!! (But not my I-129F)

5/08 : Got Case # from NVC (received 5/7/08)

5/11 : PAID AOS Fee Online -- I-129F still pending; full speed ahead with I-130!

5/12 : Neetu emailed NVC re: DS-3032 (choice of agent)

5/13 : AOS Status now "PAID" -- AOS PRIORITY MAILED

5/16 : NVC received AOS

5/19 : DS-3032 email accepted & AOS entered in system

5/24 : IV Bill Invoiced and paid online

5/28 : IV Bill status = PAID -- DS-230 EXPRESS MAILED!

5/29 : NVC received DS-230 at 11:01 am

5/30 : DS-230 entered into system

6/03 : CASE COMPLETE - 26 DAYS AFTER NVC RECEIVED I-130

6/10 : Interview scheduled (for 7/9 originally)

6/14 : Interview letter (my copy) received.

7/16 : Interview completed - APPROVED!

7/21 : Neetu picked up passport/brown packet from VFS

7/25 : POE AT EWR!!!
