You are so right, my life went from losing everything (yes, i thought the world revolved around mohammed) to surviving.

It was not easy, if it were not for some really special people, I'm not sure I would have ever gotten up off the floor. Lal, amal, dawn, charles, wahrania, maggie, and 100 more wonderful people stayed close to me and it was their words and actions that kept me alive. VJ friends rock

eta: yes going back was awesome! thx for asking :)

That is super. I'm glad that your switch has worked out great. It is wonderful that you have been able to bounce back after last year...which is amazing. So many people would just let it pin them to the floor, but you, although I'm sure it has taken a lot out of you, have grabbed the bull by the horns and been proactive which worked out in your favor.

I give you three snaps in the "J" formation!

Good morning MENA! I hope everyone has a good day. Other than same old, same old at work, I have to go pay for a speeding ticket :(

The sign was hidden that dropped the speed limit and I never saw it in all the times I drove past it. Even the cop acknowledged that no one ever sees it, but that didn't stop him from giving me the ticket!

carrie, i agree, i got up at 5am to shower while zaid was still asleep, well then I laid back down from 6-630 and now i cant get going..i have to leave here in about 20 mins, thankfully ill have time to pick up some fuel...aka DUNKIN DONUTS COFFEE...

Yep Jack, I saw the weather...too bad im stuck wearing a black suit til 2pm...i wish TCF bank was like chase or wamu...they let their employees wear uniform polos...my life would be so much easier if that was the case

hmmmm, I love Dunkin Donuts coffee!

HI tamara!

Not sure, they don't write it on the ticket so I'll find out when I go to pay it. :bonk:

Go with red - it will look good with your hair - power color.

I'm really excited for today! I have a good friend from high school who I haven't seen in 10 years passing through town tonight. It will be a short visit, but maybe we'll stay up all night chatting like the old days!

I am seriously having a fashion meltdown! I have had on 4 different shirts and nothing is feeling right. I had on a black shirt for a second. I looked like a zombie.

Do the red - slutty is good! ;) Good for sales.

Jackie,

The fact that a former employer immediately snapped you up when came back on the job market speaks volumes for the kind of worker you are. Congrats!

And when I got my new job a few months ago, I used it as an excuse to go shopping and get me some new work clothes!
