Hi everyone,

I am wondering if I should place the photos of my wife and the one for me for AOS in a clear sleeves or regular small envelops which i have to create since I could not find any small envelops anywhere around here. Does USCIS has a preference? Please help....:help:

Thanks,

:bonk:

I put mine in little ziploc bags, just in case it would rain or something and the pics would get messed up....

I found it at Walmart, at the same spot the paper clips were. But I believe USCIS doesn't have any preferences about it, I don't think.

Hope I had helped you =)

I put ours in the envelope that walgreens gave to us with the photos.... It said PASSPORT PHOTOS... so I thought it would be obvious. As long as they can find them that is most important. It has been suggested to use a clear "baggie" though.

BTW, Photos of the applicant only not the USC are needed.

Just out of curiosity why the g-325a? The instructions to the application is requesting the photos not the g-325a.

The AOS application does not require a G-325A for the applicant (alien)? Didn't know that...

Also, it seems that the OP's wife is filing the I-130, in which case a G-325A is needed, plus photo.

the photos of my wife and the one for me for AOS
But I'm just inferring from his post, since he does not have a timeline.

I'm saying that the ziploc bag with photos could be paper-clipped either to the application itself, or to the G-325A, it shouldn't matter actually.

Actually for AOS, the g-325a and photos are needed of ONLY the applicant . No photo or g-325a from the USC.

Right.
