Early March filer still not approved

Are there any more March filers left from CSC who still haven't gotten approvals.?????

According to Delicia's spreadsheet maintains by whisper2me, there is one March filer from CSC left - positivity, I remember her case was transfered to a local service center, but don't remember seeing anything about what happened next.

They are transferring some March filers from VSC to CSC.

Yes I wonder what happened to positivity, she never really updated what happened at the local service center. I guess they summoned her to come personally, correct me if I am wrong.

Guys, any idea on approvals in the near term or transfers to CSC from VSC... I'm an early March filer.

Hi all VJers,

I have filed for my wife's CR-1/IR-1 in first week of march. I have been looking at Delicia's spreadsheet and I see that lot of march and april filers from CSC are getting approved. I have been so depressed/sad/sick about nothing happening to my case that I have stopped coming to VJ. I am writing this after a long break....For people who haven't gotten an approval yet, do you guys see any touches to your file? Have you tried contacting to USCIS about your case delay???

Hello, CS! This is my 1st post. Congrats on your approval. At least you have that! My husband and I have not heard anything since 3/25 (NOA - K3). Sometimes, I feel like they forgot about us. It's sooo difficult just waiting but hearing absolutely NOTHING. I mailed the I130 on 2/27/08 & received the NOA1 on 3/11. Hopefully, we'll get an answer soon; it's discouraging. An approval would boost our spirits; even a touch would do something to make us feel included. Some days, I don't want to be strong and patient; I just want to scream and cry. Any way, keep us posted. *Just waiting.--mmartinez

Thanks 4 the spreadsheet. You can add our time line info 4 March. Nothing yet--still waiting. I130 NOA1 - 3/11; mailed 2/27 No touches--nothing since then! Everything is at VSC. How do I talk with htem directly? I keep calling USCIS, and I still don't see a TOUCH in our file. What would it look like there? Pls write back asap. mmartinez

Hello! I feel like crying! Thank you for noticing my empty spot on Delicia's chart. Thank you for wondering what happened! I feel so alone sometimes it's nice to just see that someone has noticed.

So, I have not updated about the interview because I haven't had it yet! However, I did finally receive my notice of appointment! Here is my transfer timeline:

3/16/08 I-130 received

3/20/08 NOA1

6/19/08 Transfer Notice (to local office)

9/04/08 Notice of Appointment for petitioner interview on

10/16/08 !

So I am getting proof of relationship and marriage ready for that date. Thank you again for mentioning me and thereby getting me to post again. Your support is greatly appreciated. Good luck to everyone!

hellooo. i am mid feb filer and my file hasnt been touched yet not even once!

so you can chill!!!!!!!

and its at csc and most of the feb filers at csc have got approved

i dont know why my file hasnt been touched.

i am very depressed too
