Early March filer still not approved

hi march filers....I am just checking in to see if there has been any activity for us early march filers... It's good to see BettyRey's approval....gives a little to thread to hang on...I don't come to VJ very often because frankly it's very disappointing and sickening. I appreciate folks like Fedup and others who have been trying out lot of things to keep us other weak-hearted ones up-to-date with information.....

I will be checking back again later in the week to see if there have been other lucky souls who get their approvals....

Another reason to keep our heads up is that our families will have much less chance of having a serious marital troubles. Would think long and hard before damaging something that came after such a long and painful process..

Hi, were march filers too, we got our NOA1 last march 7, we just touched last july 23rd, till now we dont know whats the result, still hoping that we got NOA2 very soon.

this is not the correct forum for your case though, you have 129 for K1, and this is for IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa.

precisely why i am questioning the accurateness of vsc. many petitions filed at a later date have been approved and yet feb filers are left in the dark. is this what vsc means by first come first served?

I see some approvals for early march filers....But still I haven't gotten anything...Not even a touch after 3/12/2008......This is getting ridiculous. I see April/May people getting approved but nothing for early march filers....

Still no updates on my end so I hope our week gets hit soon. I hope they don't decide to hold us all back until September just because they want to process people according to the website processing times.

Very strange, the only touch was 7-24, no e-mails or updates online since, still same lame "pending".

Got US mail, and there was an envelope, from USCIS.

NOA 2 inside. Approval notice.

Dear March/2008 filers in CSC i really hope that your cases will approve very very soon!!!!!

I thought when i will recieve approval i will cry, but now i dont know why but i am not crying , i am thinking about the next steps of this journey.

I really am so very happy and excited for you two. And I've decided that the only reason I'm not approved yet is that they're holding out for my birthday on Saturday so they can give me a really great present! But seriously, looking at the timelines, it really does appear that our early/mid March NOA2 'black hole' is getting filled in one at a time. I'm all bubbly with anticipation!

Hang on there, I do believe in universal balance of things, if you were unlucky in this, you will get more luck further down the road, it is a statistical fact..

And the wait in this matters always pays off, it's worth it no matter how hard it is. I know it's not much help in this, but still..

Thanks guys and gals for your support. I finally got the NOA2. I was afraid that I may get RFE because my petition didn't get approved for so long while lot of folks from april and may were getting approved. But thankfully, I didn't get any RFE. I just got approved a month later than I would have liked...but oh well, can't complain too much...at least I am out of the black hole called USCIS.....I hope these Vermont folks get their approvals soon....It's been too long of a wait for them....
