Received another interview appointment letter

My first AOS case was denied for technical reasons and I refiled a new AOS case. I never filed for a motion to reopen on the denied case. A while ago I received an interview appointment letter for the new case that I filed in february this year and that interview is scheduled for 23rd june.

But here's the weirdness, today I got another interview appointment letter for the first AOS case that I filed in may 2005 and that case was denied, that interview is scheduled for 26th june. How is that even possible to receive an interview letter for a case that was denied?? I never filed a motion to reopen, and it doesn't make any sense. Besides isn't it funny I got 2 interviews... I don't mind going on both if that's what they want, but I suspect it's some kind of mistake and they didn't realise they were looking at two cases that belong to the same person. USCIS doesn't cease to amaze me :P I'll take both appointments letters for the first interview and ask about it and see what they tell me. Probably some sort of administrative mistake. Just thought I will share the weirdness and express my confusion here.

I am seriously starting to believe that the USCIS doesn't know what they are doing..

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

Well she wouldnt get two greencards if she was denied the first time... Maybe if you go to the second one, they wont even notice and then just issue the green card...

But the second interview scheduled is for the case that was denied, it has the case number and the date when I submitted the aos package to chicago on that letter. So who knows if I have 2 interviews for 2 different cases I might end up with 2 green cards as well as a compensation for everything I went through so far

(Very Big Sigh)

It just isn't fair - you get two interview dates and I am still waiting for just one!

Hehehhe, want to share?

Good luck with the interview(s).
