hello all, i have to admit . i am very blessed to have found this forum. the resources are great . the membership is great as well very helpfully.

i need a little help.

i have my fiancees G-325A. her BC. and her baptismal papers. letter of intent and her passport pics. what else do i need?

what do i need ? besides for the I-129F and my letter of intent?

i was told i need to fill out a G-325A as well, this true?

January 17,2007 was personally introduced to Raquel.

January 20,2007 Raquel an I started chatting online an on the phone.

March 11-27,2008 visited Raquel for the first time.

March 23, 2008 proposed to Raquel, she said OO!!

October 08,2009 sent in I-129f

October 12,2009 received our NOA1

January 12, 2010 received our NOA2

NATIONAL VISA CENTER

January 18,2010 case arrived at NVC

January 22,2010 case assigned MNL # thru letter arrived

April 21,2010 raquel arrived at CVG

May 22,2010 we got married

April 21,2011 we had a baby boy named Aiden

ang aking buhay, aking pag-ibig, ang aking lahat .. mahal na mahal din kita,Raquel at walang ibang! magpakailanman at kawalang-hanggan!!

The guides on VJ are very, very clear and helpful in this process and you should take the time to study them. They answered all my questions regarding the petition.

FYI, both of you need to fill out the G-325A and you do not need to submit her birth certificate or baptisimal papers, only copy of your birth certificate or passport. And yes, you need the letter of intent signed by her and her passport pictures to attach to her G-325A.

AOS, EAD and AP Journey

* Married on March 18, 2009.

* Papers mailed on May 8, 2009, arrived at Chicago lockbox on May 10, 2009

* Check cashed on May 14, 2009.

* NOAs for AOS, EAD, and AP issued on May 14, 2009 and received on May 18, 2009.

* Biometrics letter received on May 20, 2009.

* Biometrics appointment on June 4, 2009 at 8 am.

* EAD and AOS touched on June 5, 2009.

* EAD card production ordered and AP approved on June 17, 2009.

* EAD card received on June 25, 2009.

* AP received on June 26, 2009.

* Celebrating five years as a couple with much-delayed reception on June 27, 2009. What a journey it has been.

* Case transferred to CSC on July 14, 2009.

* Received noticed that case is pending at CSC on July 21, 2009.

* AOS touched on July 31, 2009.

* Card production orderd on August 12, 2009.

* Green Card received on August 21, 2009.

Be sure to include the evidence of meeting in the past 2 yrs. Boarding pases and visa stamps are primary evidence, while pictures of you two can be included as secondary. And yeah, check out the guides. Best of luck!!!!

Hi there. I remember beginning the process just as you are. I have a pdf document with step by step instructions on filing for a K-1 visa. If you like I can email it to you. It took all the guess work out of it for me and I had no RFE's as a result. Let me know...
