You only do I-864A if you are employed in the USA and wish to add your income to that of your sponsor.

If US citizen spouse makes in excess of 125% of the poverty line then only the US citizen needs to fill out I-864, or they should use another US citizen as a joint sponsor, and the joint sponsor files an additional I-864.

Only one I-864 is needed for sponsored immigrant, and a copy of it should be provided for accompanying child.

OK so just to confirm. My husband makes in excess of 125% of the poverty line so we list his income on 24a, b is not applicable, d, leave blank, e, leave blank?

Also, so now we/he completes another I-864 for my daughter with her name in part 2? Then in part3, I list my name?

US citizen makes out an I-864 for beneficiary spouse, and simply makes a photo copy of it for child, BOTH are being sponsored on just one I-864.

Spouse is listed as primary immigrant in part 2, and child is listed in part 3.

24 a is US citizen's income. B, C, and D don't apply.

Great thanks for clarifying that for me.
