My husband is a US citizen through his parents, he was born in Hong Kong.

In question 13 on the I-130 form,we click:Parents.

Then this question came after. What does it mean?

"Have you obtained a certificate of citizenship in your own name?"

It's pretty self explanatory: does your husband have a certificate of citizenship in his own name? If yes, click yes, if no, click no. As to whether he absolutely needs one or not to sponsor you, maybe someone else knows. I'd say if he has an American passport, that should be enough to prove his citizenship.

I just wanted to be sure we not make any mistakes but thank you for the advise.
