Copies of everything are fine, except for the I-134. That has to be an orginal that has been notarized. I sent just copies to Leejoy(original I-134) and everything was fine. She had zero problems in her interview.

Good luck and just try to be calm and everything will work out.

Photo Copies are fine.

I doubt they will ask for Employment Letter, if he meets the Poverty requirements for 2007.

Just as long as the Employment letter is on Company letter head and signed by someone, that's all you will need.

Tax Returns : 2007 Photocopies will be fine

They only asked me for photocopies of 2007 ITR and 2007 W-2. My fiance sent me a 1 page ITR and the pre-screener told me that it should be a 2-page doc so she asked for the 2007 W-2 to support it.

They did not ask for my fiance's Certificate of Employment though I had it ready (in Letterhead and notarized).

God bless. . . :)

In summary, only the I 134 is notarized. Photocopies of ITR, W2, bank statement and letter of employment are fine. Mostly, the applicants are asked of I 134, ITR (2007) and W2 only. Sometimes if the I 134 is enough proof that your fiance meets more than 125% of the poverty line, supporting documents are not asked.

Dont worry you'll do just fine!

yeah, copies are fine. when i had my interview, the only original copy i had was I-134 w/ notarized.

for the ITR , I guess 2006 and 2007 are okay too, they only asked ITR 2007 to me.

You may want to bring some of your fiance's most recent pay stubs in case they ask for more employment proof :)

And ya, who says COE's needs to be notarized? COE's are printed in the company letterhead and is normally signed by the Company HR head so I don't think further authentication is needed.
