These are the docs. needed for interview...

a) Visa interview appointment letter

B) Applicant’s Original passport

c) Applicant’s Photographs

d) Medical Report from Step# 3

e) Excessive evidence to prove marital relationship in addition to the marriage certificate.

This can be wedding album, honeymoon pictures, email/chat/phone records, joint bank account/joint property ownership etc.

f) I-130 set, I-864, DS-3032 and DS-230 sets provided by the petitioner

g) Applicant’s all identities such as Driver license, Voter’s registration card etc.

h) Applicant’s all education, employment and all personal files

i) Petitioner’s original documents/copies are optional. However, it is a good idea to bring them too at interview time. You never know.

j) Courier office receipts, if applicable

So it is needed to bring the DS 3032 ???? We never used that, we emailed them the request. Do we need to fill that out now? Or is that included in the optional part ?

Really speaking, it is optional. But you can print out the email copy of the DS-3032. Normally, it is not needed at interview, but we never know what are the docs, they may ask...

They may even interview (if they suspect the relationship) both the petitioner (over the phone) and the beneficiary and may ask, what is your favorite food for breakfast ?

lol well I dont think I have to worry about the consulate calling me but its good to know they are willing to cook me breakfast, who would have thought the consulate officers could be so nice :star:

Hehehe :star: If the case is simple, scrutiny is less. More and more complicated (divorce cases, civil/criminal background, recent marriage, nature of applicant's employment - close to the weapon's making etc.,), scrutiny is directly proportional...
