WE DID IT!!! MY HUSBAND FILED MY I-130 IN DECEMBER 2007, BECAUSE HE THOUGHT I-130 WAS THE BEST WAY!!! BUT ... WE FELT VERY DESPERATE LAST MONTH, AND HE FILED A K-3 IN JUNE 2008!!!

I DO NOT KNOW IT IS A GOOD IDEA OR NOT, BUT NOW I FEEL BETTER BECAUSE WE HAVE TWO DIFFERENT WAYS TO BE TOGETHER!!!

THE I-129 IS MOVING FASTER THAN THE I-130, YOU CAN SEE IN MY SIGNATURE!!

you only got a touched on your I129F or on both? you and I had a touch on our applications a month after we send it out. will that be just updates on the system? I'm loosing hope! :(
