Possibly Missing Documents

Hey all, its been a while since I was posting here.

I requested a case status update via post from the NVC and received back today that they are awaiting the I-864 & DS-230. My wife in USA received the I-864 forms last week but as yet I have not got anything.

Is the DS-230 applicant specific or can I just download this form and return it? and if it is specific, is it possible these documents have got lost in the post??

DS-230 is not applicant specific.

I have no barcode sheet, I only know that I am due to send because of my case status update.
