My husband's passport will expired this month and thinking I have to submit his biograpical page of his passport....I got concerned for i dont know if NVC accepts expired passport or he have to renew his passport??? Does anyone here knows???? Thanks in advance!!! :(

The intending immigrant must have a current passport, with remaining validity at least equal to the validity period of the visa that will be put in it.

The USC does not necessarily need to have a passport.

Thanks Yodrak and Iceyspot...... Im going to call him right now and ask him to renew his passport before the NVC could generate his D-230. :thumbs:
