Oh, I hope not especially since you have been waiting for several months now...!

I thought they didnt discuss your case with you until the case is within processing times. Yet you write that your case was touched twice after you called them. How did you convince them to talk to you?

Hope not as think I have used that and I have yet to get an RFE and I filed in Janaury....

Hi Guys,

Is filling N/A instead of "none" on 129F form a definite RFE????

Thank you!!

I would not think so at all!! I think they are more worried about a divorce decree should it apply to you in this case if it was not sent in or more evidence for something like the affidivit.. the best of luck and I hope it is plain sailing all the way

Hi Guys,

Thank you!!

Noup! when we filed our I-129F we used N/A as well- depends what you apply it to if the question is about something that does not apply to you- you put n/a , really makes no difference. This is not the part that should worry you really!!!

Focus more on filling out all spaces, giving accurate info and on every attachment stating to which question and section it refers to.

If /you have any question guys feel free to ask me!

sincerely,

Dianna.

N/A is an acceptable answer for questions that don't pertain to you. Not sure why you'd think it's a definite RFE to put that. I put N/A on a lot of the questions that didn't pertain to my fiance or I and we just got the visa. Of course, no one can guarantee you anything as anything can happen, but I am pretty sure you're fine.

Good luck

There is a difference between N/A and none. Check the example forms for the suggested answers.

I agree with Zee... over the last year i've seen some people get rfe'd for the silliest things and then others who noted serious flaws... flew through. Has everything to do with your adjuticator.
