Hi it is me again thank you for all of your responce here, I really appreciate it, one more thing I would like to ask from you, since the divorce is already in the court and we may go to court next week for the final of divorce. I still live with my husband in the same house but in different room, He don't want to let me go because his reason is that eventhough we are divorce but he is still responsible for me atleast 3 years according to the immigration, he is very scared that something might happened to me outside and he will pay for my accident thats why he is not letting me go, why should I do?

Wow I can't believe this is happening to a women in 2008 here in the USA!!! You got to be kidding.

No ifs ands or buts ....GO. Are you saying that for 3yrs you will have to stay in your home??? No telling what he and his lawyer will bring up in court to make your life worst. If you was served notice of this hearing and don't show up the Judge will go along with it. I remember during my divorce hearings my ex would tell all kinds of crazy stories about me. I can image what he would of said if I wasn't there

By the way you can also have an accident in the house.......like all his clothes being "accidentally" set on fire fire LoL ...just kidding.

You are going to need to prove you can support yourself some how along the way. Moving out is an expensive process. So even though your soon to be ex-spouse says you can't leave, just be patient. Save up as much money as you can and then move. I am sure you can find someone to help you move, even if he tries to make it difficult. He won't want you to call the police claiming abuse if he refuses to let you leave. Get your application filed for permanent status and be prepared to move as soon as you can. I would recommend that you obtain a post office box for your mail since any correspondence from the USCIS could be intercepted by him.
