second i-130 sent

You could file for I-129f after NOA1 for free but in our case, my husband paid for both (I-130 and I-129f).

I am just curious, if what I have read so far about k-3 process I think i-129f is free even if you have filed it prior to getting NOA-1, I guess you just need to keep an extra copy of the fee you filed for i-130.

As you said prior to NOA1. In our case, we filed and sent both I-130 and I-129f (we never even have receipts yet) so we need to pay for both. My husband prepared two checks for USCIS and sent it together with the application. I told him that we better send I-130 first so that I-129f would be free but he is such in a hurry. Anyway, perhaps USCIS would refund the money or never encash the check if it is not needed?? :P

you said you never recieved you NOA????? wow this is way too long. did you call the 800# to see if they ever recieved it?

Our papers were sent July 3 but due to July 4th holiday, papers were delivered in Chicago Lockbox on the 7th. It was just like 7 working days so I am not too worried about it. Did you ever receive yours?

so sorry, but i dont know why for some reason i thought you said three months ago lol, well mine was recieved in chicago at the 10th but no NOA yet :(

thank you i really appreciate it , and hopefully they wont delay my case because they deny it once before
