Husband file for divorce what doyou mean by this sentence in the divorce complaint?

What do you mean by this sentence stated that:

9. That the Plaintiff expressly waives the verification of the Defendant's answer

I do not understand what's that mean can you please simplify it for me. My husband and we're married on July 2004 but due to a lot of arguments he filed for divorce on July 2, 2008. I came here as a fiance visa and got my permanent residency card already 10 year. My only worry is my husband frightening me to send me back home even before he wrote the INS. but INS didn't mind his letter for I prove that our marriage is in good faith. He wants to revenge from me that's why he wants to send me back to my home country.

He is cruel to me. We've been married for four years and I faithfully love him and serve him. I even don't go out at the house; I clean his house. I was hurt when he told me that his house are for his grown children from ex-wife and all his assets and money. I felt like a housemaid servant here in this house without salary.

I always cry everyday my life is miserable. He included me with all his debts that I didn't incur and bought a lot of life insurances in which he is the beneficiaries; but I don't have those policies. It's unfair. That's why I filed for post nuptial hurriedly so I won't be burden with all my husband and his grown kids debts and loans and all the life insurances would be revoke. Even the food that I eat here in his house he shouted at me and wants me to eat his left over. He is very cruel. My question: What do you mean by this sentence stated that:

9. That the Plaintiff expressly waives the verification of the Defendant's answer.

I don't understand that legal sentences can you please simplify it for me.

Is it okey if I don't have my own attorney because I don't have money? Anyway we filed for post nuptial and it's written about alimony too, I will not get anything in case of divorce.

Like I told you before....see a lawyer, or you will lose by default...that is what the term means; that he doesnt need to see your response, but wants to continue with the divorce process.

See a lawyer, he can have your husband pay for his services thru the courts.

If you dont answer, you lose!!!

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.
