Just got home and checked mail and saw big white envelope. Packet 3!!!!! I just e-mailed them to see if our application had arrived. Spent the weekend downloading and filling out forms for it so will mail it off tomorrow. Have everything except I-134 and hubby is coming up on the 26th and bringing it then

2011 March 31 - Sent off Naturalization pkg overnight to Texas

2011 April 1 - Arrived in Texas at 10:21 am

2011 April 1 - NOA (rec'd via snail mail April 8)

2011 April 7 - Cheque cashed

2011 May 5 - Biometrics (letter rec'd via snail mail April 15)

2011 May 9 - Placed in line for interview scheduling

2011 June 13 - Rec'd yellow letter (no change in status online)

2011 June 23 - Rec'd text that my case has been scheduled for interview

2011 August 1 - Interview (rec'd via snail mail June 27) PASSED

2011 August 3 - Rec'd email that my case has been scheduled for Oath

2011 September 1 - Oath ceremony (rec'd snail mail Aug 5)

2011 September 1 - All done, yeah.

I only got a checklist and a ds230 part 1 and two ?

no medical info, no 156 and no 156k

I am so confused

I'm replying to your PM here so others can see the diff. in our packets from MTL.

I got:

1. letter dated May 5th ( they mailed it on the 10th)

2. DS-230 Part 1 ONLY

3 check list - stating I should arrange for a medical , but medical inst. page says to take interview letter to medical. I already have an app. in June in Wpg but probably won't have interview letter. Wpg Dr says OK

4. Supplemental Info on Obtaining Required Doc. - Birth cert., Marriage Cert. etc

5. Info on photos

6. 2 copies of DS-156 - no 156F -- don't think it's needed for K3

7. Info on Medical Exam

8. List of Doctors in Canada

9. I-134

10 . Inst. for I-134

The DS 230 is very dark on some lines and hard to write over. I think I'll send to downloaded form and include DS-230 Part 2 which wasn't in my packet but was in yours

I think you should phone or e-mail MTL . Al they wnat right now it the DS-230 ( part 1 from me and Part 1 and 2 from you????) and check list if ready

Also did you receive a case number for your daughter? It should be the same as yours but with a P in front -- I think.

Anyone else receive a different packet?

what is going on, we are going through the same consulate ?

I think i'm going to lose my mind, you can't get throught to montreal and they don't anser emails ?

I am so down and so depressed, no P? number either.

Sounds like you got the packet for a CR-1 visa... Call Montreal and tell them that they sent you the packet for the CR-1 visa and request a Packet for the K3 Visa.

My box 9 is about military record

question about I-134 is box 12 -Evidence of Support- on my ck list

I really wonder if we are applying for the sme visa at the same embassy

Sounds like you got the packet for a CR-1 visa... Call Montreal and tell them that they sent you the packet for the CR-1 visa and request a Packet for the K3 Visa.

It does sound like you got I-130 packet . Has your I- 130 been approved? Ours was approved end of April. Wish we had got your packet so we could continue with I-130 and skip this K3 #######

Buttons, I received exactly what Tommysgirl got. What you received is similar to what I got for the CR-1.

My CR-1 had the DS-230 Part 2 but my K-3 packet didn't have it.

IT IS NOT FOR THE IR-130.

that is sent from NVC.

OUR CASE WAS COMPLETED @ NVC april 20th

and now I await final package from NVC/ MONTREAL ???

telling me the interview date and medical details
