Received: July 24th 2008

Case completed: August 13th 2008

Interview: October 7th 2008

Green card received: January 20th 2009

Green Card received: February 3rd 2011

Nov 7th, 2007 Petition I-130 to NSC

Jan 22nd, 2008 recieved by CSC

Jan 28th, 2008 received NOA1

Apr 2nd, 2008 received NOA2

NVC Process

Apr 22th, 2008 recevied Case number(generated and sent on april 14th)

Apr 22th, 2008 recevied DS-3032/AOS Bill

Apr 24th, 2008 Sent AOS Bill to NVC

Apr 24th, 2008 emailed NVC for Choice of Agent.

May 2nd, 2008 email accepted for Choice of Agent

May 5th, 2008 Immigrant Visa Fee bill generated

May 8th, 2008 Got IIN and paid Immigrant visa bill Online

May 9th, 2008 packet of information generated

May 12th, 2008 AOS package sent to NVC

June 12th,2008 DS-230 received by NVC

June 16th,2008 DS-230 entered into system

June 19th,2008 Case complete..I am happy.

July 14th.2008 found out my interview date.....which is 5th august.

I understand if you have to stay away from the computer... but dont' forget how much we've grown to need you too!!!!! B) Mrs. Loto... I don't need to tell you this but you're husband has helped all of us sooo much. While you were waiting he painstainkinly etched out every detail much to our delight and has helped many many couples now and to come.

Congratulations... I really hope you two have a great time together... no info on this topic please...hahahaha....

I wish the very best for both of you. God bless you two...

I have to say... I know that I am just starting my process... but it is a very hard and tedious proces to go through... it is very tough for any relationship. For my wife and me it has been TOO HARD... We try to keep strong but there is always a moment of falling down... We both get really down and frustrated.... but I guess its just part of what we have to go through... Sometimes we feel that its impossible... we feel like we won't make it....

But I have to tell you that after I saw your post about your wife arriving to Newark... hope comes back to me...

Thank you for all your help and specially for bringing hope for us that sometimes loose it.

You seem to be a GREAT person... I know you are... I've read a lot of your posts... THANK YOU FOR YOU HELP!!!

Take advantage of every single second with your wife.... be happy and enjoy life with your love one.....

Now you can start your life together and i wish both of you all the best.

you've been a great help to us all, even with your wife already there you still spent time detialing her poe so that all of us can benefit from it. that says a lot about your personality!! :innocent:

so, no i-94 and go to the green line/usc line. got it!!! i know for a fact newark is one of the easiest and smoothest poe, but im going in through jfk. hoepfully its gonna be as good.

thanks again loto. now log off and take your wife out to dinner/lunch/supper whatever it is. ^_^
