We use webcam and voice chat everyday. We even keep it on when I leave for work or he leaves, this way when he or I get home it feels like he is walking through the door at our home. I get to hear hunny I am home ect.

Make an internet webcam picnic in the house..get a blanket you name it..make a toast together.

Watch a movie together. We do this and we try hard to get the same movie, timing it together.

do a dance for him or him you...I still smile over this one:)

Write 100 reasons why you love each other, send 5 reasons everyday.

Make sure that you talk every day which is not easy with the time difference, my boy does not get home till my time half past midnight but he wakes me with a text and I call.

Share all the mundane day to day things as well as the fun stuff

We try to never part without a rough idea of when we will see eachother again, so as I am worried about going to the states while waiting for my visa we are going to meet in Cancun next month for a holiday, and we are looking at flights for him to come over either thanksgiving or Christmas

Take photos and send them, so when you tell your partner what you did and who you saw at least they can see it, it is much easier when you speak of freinds that they know what they look like.

My baby is not online at home so no webcam for us :crying: but I told him I wont move over till he gets online lol

Send a stupid little present or card once in a while when they are not expecting it, we are so used to living out our relationships online that a physical card is something to treasure, thank god for ebay lol

Once while I was moping at home missing him, I went online found a site that makes photo books and did that for a weekend, they are amazing and something to treasure, he loved it

Now I have written this I am off to Moonpig.com to make a personal card for him

Have a great week everyone

we try and talk everyday... we also text all the time, talk on msn and gmail, and email constantly. We also use webcams now and then...

I find that you can feel connected when you have a "project" of some sort to do together... at the moment, we are both researching and sharing ideas for our wedding, and before that we used to help each other out with school and work research. We both like graphic design, so we used to work on each other's images and send them to each other. Its a nice way to feel connected when you are doing something together.

I always send free ecards too... they are a nice little way of saying more than just an email. And gifts from Amazon are a nice surprise.

I use phone cards from the UK too, and they are really cheap... you can often get up to 5000 minutes for 5 pounds, and that is to a mobile number too. He has a payphone where he works, so I call that and he doesnt have to worry about american incoming costs... we can talk for hours on hours!

We've got a 16 hour delay @_@ So that makes it really hard. But luckily he's a freelancer so he doesn't have a normal 9-5 job and can stay up late at night to talk to me in the mornings. We do talk everyday but unfortunately even voice chat is difficult because of my slow connection. But we have a daughter together so that helps a lot in keeping the relationship strong :)

If you've got SKY, you might wanna think about adding their "anytime" phone package to your current deal. Basically, for £5-a-month, you get unlimited calls to any regular U.S. landline or mobile (their mobile numbers have the same prefix as their landlines, so the system is fooled into thinking the call is from landline to landline) The only thing you have to remember is that after an hour's continuous chatting, you start to get charged. This issue is very easliy solved: you simply hang up after 59mins and start over. You can do that as many times as you like. Saved me an absolute fortune, let me tell you. Oh and btw, the same deal applies to 19 other countries!!!

I dial this number from the UK 08447478020 then the american number and it charges back to my BT line at 2p a minute, so if I am out and have to call from someone elses phone it does not cost a lot, this applies for mobiles and land lines

We talk everyday (at least 5 to 6 hours a day to be precised). I could just be thankful to msn because we could do voice chat and video call so we could see each other. Sending ecards from time to time. Texting apart from phone calls.. What else? We do share everyday experiences. Talk about anything and everything under the sun. Open line of communication is really essential. I do organize his things (emails etc). We celebrate occassions as well. I bought a cake during his birthday and showed it to him on cam. He sends me stuffs like flowers and chocolates.

I promise to love you in good times and in bad, with all I have to give and all that I am, in the only way I know how -- completely and forever......

I wish we could talk that long. We speak often but try to keep it to 15 mins. When I was in Australia I had a Joy phone card For AUD$20 I got approx 23.5 hours talk time to John in the US.

Now b/c I don't have a landline the best I have been able to get is £5 (AUD$10) = 2hours and 5 mins :(

Skype!! We would talk all day long and even sleep on headset together and wake up together. Hearing him breathe while going to sleep made me feel he was right behind me. it really helped me out.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

He always picks out extra nice stamps for me - right now we are going through a series of marvel comic stamps - they are awesome.

But we are in touch all day: Every morning when I get up, I have an email from him...then once at work, I email him...then he wakes up, sends me a txt or an email...then sometimes calls me on the way to work...then we email back and forth all day, if we have time...when I get home in the evenings, we msn...sometimes, if not too late, we talk on the phone before I go to bed. On the weekends, if we are both at home, we leave the computer running all day and use yahoo voice chat. It works fine!
