Advance Parole Case Status Online

Hello,

I have entered my case number for my advance parole on uscis status web site and it says case does not exist. Has anyone else run into this problem? All of my other cases have come up with no problem.

Have you gotten an NOA1 for this case? If so, you should use the case # printed on the NOA1. Don't go by the number printed on the back of the check. The number on the check was of NO help to us. All three of our pending cases, EAD, AP, and AOS all are showing up on the online case status. However, for some reason, when we did the biometrics appointment, they said it would only be for EAD and AOS. So those cases got updated/touched when we did biometrics, but AP was left alone.

Yes, we are using the number on the NOA - the MSC one. It's strange, the others didn't show up for us until the biometrics (AoS and Ead) but a few days later they were there online. The AP still saying the same thing, that the case doesn't exist. I wonder if we should call about it.

I could view my AOS and EAD cases online after biometrics but my AP was only ever available online once it was approved.
