do i have send a copy of my marriage certificate along with I751???thanks.

A marriage certificate is not needed. They want to see all documentation AFTER the marriage that shows you entered into the marriage in "good faith". i.e. finalcial records, insurance policies, birth certificates of children, photos, proof of vacations together etc...

Doesn't hurt to do so. Not required but who knows they may have lost your first one in the last 2 years.

Won't be the first time USCIS has lost peeps documents.

When in doubt! DO IT!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

SOS, same old stuff or stuff can be another S word as the original application, should have set my copy machine to 6 copies, as there is the initial application, the I-751, and the N-400, and I like to make a duplicate stack of each application as the USCIS tends to lose things. But if you have duplicates, they don't seem to lose stuff, only when you don't.

The I-751 was mostly redundant from the initial, even copied and pasted practically all the information from my wife's I-485 and her G-325A for the I-751 with the same basic information for our daughter that could be included in the I-751. Ha, wondered for a second what would happen if my wife divorced me and her kid wanted to stay with me? That can happen, but didn't so why wonder about it, part of my training as an engineer to consider all possibilities that became very important in our sue happy society. Consider all aspects.

Rest of it was updated, a couple of more tax returns, and could add my wife to my savings account as the APA wouldn't let me do that until she got her green card. I explained that to the interviewer on the initial application, why didn't you include your wife to your checking and savings accounts, gave her a letter from my bank stating it's against the APA regulations. Stupid, try to please one agency and another agency stops you.

Anyway with all that proof, no problems, and I did not include yet another copy of our marriage certificate because it's illegal to copy that document in our state, I could be fined by doing so and it's ten bucks and a 82 mile trip to get another certified copy and for the I-751, they didn't ask for it, the instructions clearly state the evidence they want. But I had to do that for the N-400 as they explicitly asked for it.

I did lay down all of our photo ID's and SS cards on my scanner plus the green cards for a very nice color print, hope they realize you don't exactly get a driver's license out of a Cracker Jack box and that requires a lot of proof to get that where they can see we all have the same address. I tried to do this professionally but was told it's illegal to copy a green card, so just went out and purchased a nice color printer and broke the law in my own home making my own copies.

But I did examine my wife's and daughter's green cards under my stereo microscope and found no warnings or imprisonment for making copies, didn't need that for our marriage certificate, could read that warning from twenty feet away.
