You would want to write or type a new one, sign and date. No need for it to be notarized.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

THEY DID NOT REQUEST IT WHEN MY SO WENT. ON THE FORMS THAT THE BEN. RECEIVED THEIR IS A LINE IN HIS/HER FORMS THAT THEY SIGN IN FRONT OF THE CASE WORKER. THE PETITIONER DOES NOT NEED TO SEND A NEW ONE (I DIDN'T SEND HIM ANYTHING). NOR WAS IT ASKED FOR. ON HIS/HER FORMS IT STATES ALL THAT IS NEEDED ON INTERVIEW.

GOOD LUCK
