does anyone know if you can just take the first page of the divorce and copy it or do you have to copy the whole entire thing .. i have a divorce paper that is like 20 pages long lol. i dont know if immigration just needs to see the filing stamp and the front page that says our names and divorce decree? or must i do the entire 20 pages of the divorce?

Best to copy the whole document...especially if the concluding language & court's order is at the end, complete with the judge's signature.

It needs to be the entire divorce deree. Yes, mine is also about 20 pages long. Which cost me alot of money when I had to get it translated for us to get married. But they need the entire thing.

Wow, mine is only one page.. but then we didn't have kids so that made the whole thing a lot easier, we didn't even use lawyers.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
