i just feel so bad...

we got our case touched, i should be happy today...

but today is just a bad day... really bad...

08.05.2010 - Biometrics done! (had to re-schedule from 7/26 to 8/5)

08.13.2010 - Got my interview letter

08.20.2010 - EAD card on production

09.06.2010 - Got my EAD Card (62 days)

09.07.2010 - Applied for SSN

09.14.2010 - SSN Card received

09.16.2010 - Interview schedule (APPROVED)

09.20.2010 - Welcome Notice Received ("Welcome to the USA")

09.25.2010 - 10 yr Green Card received! (98 days)

There are lots of couples in the same situation. Waiting really makes us feel miserable. Let's just take it positively. At least we could prove to ourselves that our love could stand within the test of time and distance.. :innocent:

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

At first there are good day there are bad days and mostly long days. Someday you will get the point where you know and interview date and then you will have a point you can look forward to. Until then it is just a lot of long long day

In CSC getting touched this early just means they are sending your box off to storage for a few months

Your not alone! We all have been through this waiting, waiting and waiting! One day you will sit back and laugh about all the emotions you had when you were waiting for this Process to take its course! Do all your planning now! This will occupy your time and give you something to look forward to.

Plan for the things that you and your SO will do once your together! Set some long term goals for the 2 of you! Hang in there and before you know it, you and your SO will be together! :thumbs:

Waiting is hard, we all know and have experienced that. That is part of the process and nothing will change that. Since the VSC is handling your petition plan on 3 to 4 months. If you get an approval sooner then consider yourself lucky. Patience is needed in this endeavor or you will drive yourself crazy. Anyway, good luck in your journey.

:thumbs: The waiting really sucks...I understand! I think the beginning was the worst when I was just realizing how long I was going to actually have to wait. It sucks, and there will be good days and bad days...just remember why you're doing this and that no matter how long it takes, it's worth it! You'll get through it ok.
