Better if you have bills addressed to both of you. Anything that shows both your names such as car registration, Joint income tax, magazine subscriptions etc

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Better to have some bills statements than none...you can send some that are solely at your name, both or solely at his name to demostrate that they all are for the same address and that there is a relation.

It's unfortunate that USCIS is not aware at all about procedures of many utility companies that they only put one name or if you move to the house of your spouse what is the need to change everything for the sake of USCIS which utility companies can give a finger about it...oh well, that's our "modern" times we live in.

We were approved for the conditional green card that required a ton of evidence, just updated that and sent it all in again, worked. I did save a pile of junk mail with my wife's name on it, but elected to pitch it, but did copy in color, my wife's, daughter's and my driver's license, another document that requires a lot proof to get. We also have insurance, property tax bills and joint tax returns, plus vehicles in both our names with savings and checking accounts. It worked, never was called in for request for more evidence and we eventually did get our cards.

I did call a couple of our utility companies, but got tired of talking to an answering machine, but what proof is that, could have told them some movie actress was my wife, what to they know over the phone?
