Hello!

I'll be soon applying for AOS (for K1-visa)and I'll apply for the travel document as well. I started to fill it out and noticed that it asks for exact travel dates and plans. We do not have any exact plans yet, all we know right now is that we will travel to different places next year. Can I apply for Advance Parole as we don't have exact plans right now?

Also for how long Advance Parole is valid?

Just put an approximate date you might be travelling. Just make sure you say you want it for multiple entries. It really doesn't matter if you actually do travel on that date or not. It also is fine if you end up travelling sooner than the date you give, as long as you have received the AP documents.

AP is valid for 1 year.

May 26/05... K-2 Interview - APPROVED!!!!

Feb. 22/06... AOS Interview - APPROVED!!!!! (Passport NOT stamped)

Dec. 4/07... I-751 sent to NSC

May 23/08... 10-Yr. PR Card arrives in the mail

Mar. 22/11.... N-400 sent to AZ

June 27/11..... Interview - PASSED!!!

July 12/11..... Oath Ceremony

It also says in the form that

"On a separate sheet(s) of paper, please explain how you qualify for an advance parole document and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole.   Include copies of any documents you wish considered."

I read the intsructions but didn't find exactly what I should write in the form. Is the form required? Any suggestions what one should write there when there are not any definate travel plans?
