In my opinion, I think there's a difference between nudity and excessive nudity.

Nudity: Walking naked from the shower to your locker, drying yourself off at your locker, then putting clothes on.

Excessive nudity: The guys who walk from the shower to their locker naked, dry themselves off at their locker, then continue to walk around naked, standing in front of the mirror, talking to people for 15 minutes while their nasty balls are flapping in the wind, etc., etc.

**blinded by the visuals** Ugggh.

spraying and using the wipes on the equipment is dumb.. if you think you can get sick by those germs, you shouldn't be in a gym anyway... a good wipe w the towel is more than enough imo

amen brother

I always use just a little spray. Too much is really annoying to those nearby who have to breathe chemicals.

Besides, I assume people shower their germs off after a workout.

I guess I was a little off mark there - just read that it is one way a person can catch a cold or the flu if someone used the equipment before them was sick. Still, I think it's more important what you do after working out (taking a shower, washing your hands) than whether you sprayed down the equipment before using it. It is nice that most gyms now have towels and wipes handy if you feel the need to wipe something down.

Or look at a old lady with saggy boobies.

News flash - we're all going to get old and saggy someday.

You mean I will have old fat balls?

Yep....except the fat part is voluntary.

what is excessive locker room nudity?

u either are nekkid or not..

Agreed!

One day after a swim and shower I was walking back to my locker naked, and this granny has the audacity to say "Is it really necessary for that in front of my grandson?".

I didn't say anything, but I was thinking - you jacka$$ there are family change rooms for a reason. And if you chose to bring your 5 yr old grandson in here, then expect to see boobies and cooches.

Nevermind that 5 years old is way too old for a boy to be in the ladies changing room. You should be the one to be miffed.

why are you looking at his balls for 15 min?

You know how when you see something moving out of the corner of your eye and you involuntarily look? Some fat naked guy walking back and forth for 15 minutes isn't exactly fun to involutarily look at. I can deal with it. I'm just one of the people the article talks about who don't dig the "excessive nudity".

Guess I'm not a "real man" whatever that entails.

Personal space is just the tip of the iceberg. Other irritants include oppressive body odor, excessive locker-room nudity, cardio caterwauling and those who serenade fellow exercisers with off-key howls.

And it's always the fat old guys, with old....balls! Nothing you can really do about it either other than shake your head in disgust.

hehe thats reminds me of Adam Sandler in Big Daddy
