Delay of visa delivery just for that Delbros receipt

While I was not yet at home, the messenger came over here this afternoon but he did not give/leave my visa, though I left an authorization letter with my SSS ID for his reference. He looked for the receipt which was issued to me by Delbros upon payment of visa delivery fee. Of course, I did not bother to attach the receipt on my authorization letter because it was not mentioned on their instruction. I found the instruction of Delbros in their text message quite misleading. Anyway, I am just posting this topic for information of everybody who will most likely experience the same. So if you will not be around to receive the delivery of your visa, you also need to attach the receipt of payment with your signature at the back to your authorization letter.

Well, I just hope the messenger will keep his promise to come back here tomorrow to deliver my visa.
