I have a question on general filing instructions and the requirements for support validation such as bank statements(last 12 mos), letter from employer, W-2, income tax return for the past 3 years etc. I think I have everything but just want to make sure on the following:

Question 1 - How many copies of these required documents am I suppose to provide? I read somewhere 3 of everything.

Question 2 - Are originals required for all three copies?

Question 3 - Where do I mail the entire packet? To my fiance or to the Immigration Office processing our application?

Question 4 - Can someone confirm the actual amount considered for poverty line?

Thank you in advance for the clarification, just making sure I do everything right!

One set for your fiance one set for you. Always keep a copy of everything you submit

Question 2 - Are originals required for all three copies?

Just the notarized I-134 no bank statements necessary with bank letter or w2's

Question 3 - Where do I mail the entire packet? To my fiance or to the Immigration Office processing our application?

Give the I-134 and supporting docs to your finance for his interview

Question 4 - Can someone confirm the actual amount considered for poverty line?

Check the quides varies according to household size
