its very warm but hasn't actually hit the hot weather. We've only broken 104 3 or 4 times this summer so soon it will be getting nasty nasty. It's already to the point that I don't wanna even consider opening my door between 9am and 6pm much less even step foot outside. yuck! can someone pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease offer my hubby a job in the north so we can get the he!! outta here (I'll have to bring VP also though coz I won't leave her behind.)

Jackie!!! Mabrrooook! I knew you would be just fine...2 job offers in less than 36 hours! how is the pay? regardless youll be saving probably 500$ a month in gas alone!!

we had mansaf and now im exhausted, work kicked my butt...we had a teller call off so i had to actually take transactions today which equals standing in heels for 9 hours straight...back to work at 7am..poop!

amal, i melt over 82 degrees. :blush:

oh oh oh ...my poor kitty LOL I took the scissors to her again. I had to. She was hot. This time I went 1/2 up her tail and :rofl: you should see my cat. My beautiful himalayan is now ...well tommorrow is Caturday isnt it? I can do a Before and After pic of her.

No a/c :wacko: This is my first year ever in my life to not have a/c. She isn't panting but I can feel her body is hot and she lays in front of the fan. I had read that Persians/Himalayans can overheat. Thus, I took the scissors to her again. The temp here is back down to 67 so shes ok, its only when it goes over 90 I can tell we are both miserable.

do you have an area in the house with tile on the floor? my cat usually goes and lies down on it when it's warm inside.

I'm happy to announce another successful visa quest out of Casa. A member I was helping in PM has been issued a visa in very short time. I'm so happy for them, I could burst! :D:dance:

Helping via PM is treading into a risky area and is discouraged here.
