I am going to repost this b/c we need suggestions from someone that had this happen to them. Not assumptions or maybe's. We would like to hear from anyone who went through this or had an RFE from California while living in PA. If you experienced what we are now experiencing suggestions or tips are welcomed. Please comment thanks! We live in PA but our case was transfered to Cali.

Current Status: Request for Additional Evidence Sent

On July 8, 2008, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail. If you move while this case is pending, call 1-800-375-5283 to update your address

We would like to know what additional evidence can we send that we havent sent already, we sent everything from the checklist on this site. We havent yet recieved the letter from Cali so we would like to prepare ourselves since everything we own is in boxes due to us moving to a new house next weekend.

You'll receive the RFE in the mail telling you what they want you to send to them. Until you get that there's no way of knowing what they want.
